omnomnom CAKE!

Well, another cake recipe :)


  • 9 tablespoons of roasted/peeled hemp seeds
  • 4 tablespoons of almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of Splenda or Stevia
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy flakes
  • soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • butter or margarine


How to do:
Put the hemp seeds into a bowl and add soy milk till all covered, then put it into the fridge. Let it macerate several hours, a day would be better. The seeds should appear bigger now.

Preheat the oven, about 350 °F (180 °C). Add all the spices, the flour, soy flakes, sweetener, cocoa, banana, cocoa butter, peanut butter eggs and oil.
Butter a springform pan with butter or margarine, then fill it with the pastry.

Let the cake bake for about 15 minutes, then check if it's getting too dark, if so, spray it with a bit of water to avoid the surface to be burned, then proceed baking another 15 minutes.

Check if it's dry enough/not raw inside anymore with a toothpick. If so, take it out and let the cake cool down a bit, then carefully release the springform pan and arrange it on a plate.

Best served with jam, peanut butter is also great.
