Hiatus. Sort of.
As I'm no daily or very frequently blogger anyway, I have to take a break - must finish the costume for Frankfurter Buchmesse, only two weeks... aaaaaahh °_° besides, get the cartoon ready to be published, finally. Delayed that several, nah, countless times, because I needed my spare time for my daughter, I was ill, too tired, art block, camera issues... O_o
Also decided to take the girl with the baloons off the design - to big and not fitting the rest. I like it more simple and clear, just sky and cloud and some tiny stars, leaves your mind wandering free (somehow). I suppose I'll write about the FBM then next ;)

ReplyDeleteEin Wandteppich hat natürlich auch was, wobei mir das für mein Zimmer stellenweise schon fast zu "edel" wäre. Bei Teppichen habe ich auch immer dieses komische Gefühl und bin misstrauisch wegen der Herkunft. Letztlich weiß man das ja bei kaum einer Marke mehr genau - leider!
ReplyDeleteUnd die Preise sind wirklich oft happig. Ich habe mein Tuch im Internet bestellt und 19 Euro bezahlt, was ich auch ok finde bei der Größe (ca. 2,20 x 2,20) und Qualität. In den Läden hier und auf entsprechenden Märkten sind die stellenweise noch teurer und dann schlechter.
Ein selbstgemachter Wandteppich ist aber sicher unschlagbar :-)
